In this role, you will use industry-standard tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and update financial documentation and records.
- Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
