In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end grant claim disbursement process, from initial application to final payment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure all operations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire grant claim disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage and maintain detailed records of all grant claim transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the status of grant claim disbursements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new subvention programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management or financial operations.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
