As a Beauty Consultant & Administrative Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, advising clients on the best beauty treatments, and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly. You'll use industry-standard tools like BeautySoft to manage client records, and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty and wants to develop their administrative expertise in a supportive setting.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Consult with clients to determine their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Manage client records and appointments using BeautySoft.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of clinic records.
- Support the clinic manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and billing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including promoting special offers and new services.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a beauty or esthetics setting.
- Certification in beauty therapy or a related field (e.g., esthetician, skin specialist).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using BeautySoft and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
