📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in Bali.
Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and tourism sector.
Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Leverage data analytics and market research to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and operations management.
Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
