📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize dredging operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Manage and oversee a team of dredging supervisors, marine surveyors, and logistics coordinators.
• Utilize fleet management software such as QwikTrak and FleetOne to monitor and improve vessel performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in dredging operations and fleet management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex dredging projects.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software such as QwikTrak, FleetOne, and other relevant tools.
