In this role, you'll manage a team of 5-10 store managers, overseeing the daily operations of 10-15 stores across Jakarta Utara. You'll leverage your Mandarin proficiency to build strong relationships with local partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Utilizing tools like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, you'll track KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-10 store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their daily targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of 10-15 stores, ensuring they adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Track and analyze KPIs using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to identify trends and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement training programs for store managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor store performance against company targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
