📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the creation and distribution of job postings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with the technology sector is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
