Collection Head - Sumatera Region (Batam, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Jambi & Bandar Lampung)

Suzuki Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Collection Head to lead our collections operations across key cities in Sumatera: Batam, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Jambi, and Bandar Lampung. This is a critical leadership role for professionals who are passionate about resolving debt and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Collection Head, you will be responsible for managing a team of collection officers, setting targets, and ensuring that our collections processes are efficient and effective.

Every day, you will be involved in managing the collections process, from initial contact with customers to final resolution. You will use tools like Suzuki Finance's proprietary collection software and CRM systems to track customer interactions and monitor progress towards targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize bad debts.
• Monitor and report on collection performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Conduct regular reviews of collection processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, working to resolve their financial difficulties and restore their creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and legal, to ensure that all aspects of the collections process are coordinated and effective.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and consumer rights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems, such as Suzuki Finance's proprietary tools.
