📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Manage the accounting department, including payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management.,Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
