Mart New Pratama is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and monitor vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with mechanics and vendors as needed.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to improve their performance and safety.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
