Global Town Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Sales to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our field sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring our products reach our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
