📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of laboratory technicians.,Ensure all laboratory operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses.,Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of continuous improvement and quality assurance.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
