📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that it is used effectively and efficiently.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that data.
