📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's vision and market trends.
Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Oversee product development and innovation to stay ahead of market trends.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
Monitor brand performance and KPIs to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the luxury beauty or cosmetics industry.
Proven track record of successful brand launches and campaigns.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the luxury beauty sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with brand management software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
Certification in luxury brand management or a related field is a plus.
