📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operational performance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
