📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand and maintain a clean and attractive shopping environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events, driving customer traffic and engagement.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with the retail industry and consumer behavior is a strong asset.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
