📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production.,Follow recipes and quality standards to produce high-quality baked goods.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the production area.,Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.,Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.,Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
