Local Zone Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the delivery team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.,Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including tracking numbers and customer feedback.,Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Provide training and support to the delivery team to improve their performance and skills.,Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities and the company.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's delivery strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with GPS and route optimization software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a must.
