In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping users understand complex concepts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Edit and proofread documents to ensure high-quality output,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
