Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.,Managing staff performance and providing training and development opportunities.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitoring and analyzing sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Representing the restaurant at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culture is a plus.
