📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to the restaurant's offerings and services.,Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant, including improving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
