📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to attract and retain clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and client relations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
