PDC Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Sales Admin to join our team in Bali. This position is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and annual leave.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.,Manage and update the company's sales database and CRM system.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.,Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to the management team.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the organization of sales meetings and events.,Support the sales team in preparing for client presentations and negotiations.,Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
