We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Changi Airport Group in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and tenancy management of our airside concessions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of airside concessions, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop tenancy relationships, ensuring the success and profitability of our concessionaire partners.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of operations and tenancy managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and drive a culture of safety and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations and tenancy management, preferably in the airport or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing operations and tenancy relationships.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
