Erajaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic real estate and property development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing prime land and property sites for our development projects. You will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success by ensuring we have the necessary sites to execute our development plans.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, evaluate, and secure prime land and property sites for development projects.,Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements with landowners and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities.,Coordinate with legal, financial, and project teams to ensure smooth site acquisition processes.,Monitor and report on site acquisition progress, including budget and timeline adherence.,Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders.,Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate and property development.,Manage and oversee site acquisition projects from initiation to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition and property development, preferably in a large-scale development company.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proven track record of successfully acquiring prime sites and properties.,Excellent market research and analysis skills.,Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple site acquisition projects simultaneously.
