📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach.
