📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels,Screening and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and experience,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
