As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage cash transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist customers with banking services and products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures.
  • Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid ID and bank teller certification is a plus.
