As a Drilling Foreman at PT Bangka Drilling Solutions, you will be at the heart of our operations in Pangkalpinang. You'll be working with state-of-the-art drilling equipment, including rotary rigs, diamond core drills, and mud logging systems. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, executing, and monitoring drilling operations, while adhering to strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Plan and coordinate drilling activities, including site preparation, equipment setup, and operation.
• Monitor and maintain drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Train and supervise a team of drillers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including daily reports and operational logs.
• Collaborate with geologists and other stakeholders to ensure drilling objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable drilling practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 2 years as a Drilling Foreman.
• Proven track record of successful drilling operations in mineral exploration projects.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, including rotary rigs, diamond core drills, and mud logging systems.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the drilling industry.
• Certification in First Aid and Advanced First Aid.
• Certification in Confined Space Entry and Rescue.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable drilling practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
