📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with hotel partners to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Provide exceptional administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary updates to our financial systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a focus on QuickBooks.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
