📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily culinary operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect the company's brand and customer preferences.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
