📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity using tools like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data using software like SAP or similar ERP systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and staff on best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on the manufacturing floor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record in process optimization and Lean Manufacturing.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, and quality control.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in electronics manufacturing and safety standards.
