📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations at the Tarakan hub, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and supervise a team of drivers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinate with regional offices to ensure seamless integration of hub activities with overall company operations.
• Optimize delivery routes using GPS and other logistics software to minimize costs and delivery times.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Monitor and report on hub performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing hub operations, including inventory management, route optimization, and team supervision.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, JDE, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of regional logistics and transportation regulations in Kalimantan Utara.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
